For the before and after anon…
All my before pictures were taken between 210 and 220 pounds. The after pictures have been taken in the last few weeks, I’m currently at 166.
I’ve tried some tricks and gimmicks along the way, but unsurprisingly, they haven’t worked that well. You can do every crash diet in the world but you’ll fail if you don’t have the determination and self control needed for long term weight loss.
I now play roller derby with Sacred City and run 5ks on the regular. Upper body workouts are next :)
